Pelican Bay

Pelican Bay occupies 2100 acres at the north end of Naples. Developed only twenty-five years ago, the Pelican enclave is the recipient of numerous environmental, landscaping, and architectural awards. The Pelican Bay Foundation serves as the homeowner’s association and oversees the management, maintenance, and preservation of the community.

Gently winding streets (some with landscaped island dividers and floral plantings) provide a beautiful environment for walking, jogging, or biking. The area includes a mix of single family homes, villas, condominiums, and some limited commercial service properties including the Waterside Shops and the Marketplace Shopping Center.

The Philharmonic Center for the Arts presents numerous concerts from jazz to classical with internationally renowned concert artists.

Naples

Naples is a 35-minute drive south of Fort Myers RSW International Airport and is near the entry point to the Florida Everglades. Naples maintains a small town atmosphere and is noted for its ten miles of public beaches. Park your car in any metered space each block near the beach and take a quick swim. Private homes on the beach and side streets create a residential atmosphere.

Shopping on Fifth Avenue South or Third Street South is a treat, with trendy boutiques, art galleries, and outdoor cafes. Walk on the Naples Pier and view the sunset over the Gulf. Visit Tin City a shopping center resurrected from old tin-roofed docks along Naples Bay. The Village on Venetian Bay is another shopping center and provides an upscale, mediterranean-style domain of fashion, jewelry, and art overlooking the water.
